From Special Ops To CEO: A Chat With Raven Knives CEO Randy Stover

What does leadership mean to you? Where can it be found? How is it taught? For Randy Stover, his leadership skills were built over his 22-years in the Army, with 16 of those years executing Special Operations Intelligence missions.

Today, Randy is the CEO of Raven Knives, manufacturing high end tactical and tool knives for military, law enforcement, first responders and outdoor enthusiasts. Throughout his career, Randy has held executive leadership positions with Chenega Systems, Dagger Networks, Praemittias Group Inc., and held key operational and leadership positions while serving over 15 years in a DoD Special Mission Unit while on active duty. We had a chance to chat with Randy about his journey from Special Ops to CEO, putting people first, and the importance of working on your business as opposed to in the business.
