Shane founded and served as CEO of successful industry-disrupting companies including TMS of Iowa, LLC, which is now one of the leading neurostimulation clinics in the country.
He later co-founded Compass Clinical Associates, PLLC, which has grown into the largest independent full-service psychiatry clinic in the State of Iowa. Shane consults top psychiatry clinics across the country and is considered an expert in the field of transcranial magnetic stimulation and neuromodulation therapy clinic development.
Shane is a leadership coach, working with emerging and established leaders in the business world and in churches. He is passionate about equipping leaders by identifying their core strengths and helping them develop and flourish within the organizations they serve.
Shane is particularly adept at helping the leader catch vision of opportunities that may be difficult for the leader to see, and help develop these discoveries into working, living new realities. Not everyone is the same, and Shane works with leaders based on what makes them unique.
John is the founder and principle of Influence On Purpose. He is a member of the Human Capital Institute and is a certified Master Human Capital Strategist.
Prior to Influence on purpose, John served as the Chief Organization/Operations Officer for Robinson Investments where he worked with the CEO to help the company transition from a family led business to an executive team of professional managers. Craig Weiss is the Founder & CEO of Aladdin Dreamer, Inc. a technology company that is designing a wearable that utilizes patented technology to both track and enhance sleep.
Prior to Aladdin, Craig was the President & CEO of NJOY, Inc. which he led to become the world’s largest independent electronic cigarette and vaping company. During his three and half years as CEO, Craig generated over $150M in revenue, and raised $200M in equity financing (starting at a $10M pre-money valuation and reaching over a $1 Billion valuation in 2014).
Craig Weiss has nine patents to his own name, including four for medical devices. A published author, Craig co-authored I Am My Brother’s Keeper, which features a foreword from Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu. Craig is a frequent speaker at A.S.U’s W.P. Carey School of Business and Harvard Business School.
